The marriage team?
The Marriage Team is a group of professional, licensed therapists who are passionate about helping couples learn how to experience a healthy, safe, and happy marriage. The team uses marriage science and biblical principles to help couples learn how to:
- Communicate effectively
- Understand how each person connects and deals with conflict
- Resolve conflicts in a timely manner
- Become best friends
- Increase intimacy
- Set healthy boundaries with others to protect their marriage
- Grow stronger in faith as a couple
The common saying is that “marriage is hard.” That makes sense, because many couples do not have the tools to make marriage easier, and like any responsibility that we take on in life, it helps to have some sort of guidance. It is against this backdrop, that we have decided to provide ongoing seminars for couples who want to thrive in marriage; couples who don’t want to struggle in their marriage, but to enjoy marriage as a gift.
In Ecclesiastes 9:9, the Bible says:

Who is the marriage team?
Goumah Conde
- Goumah Conde is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and a clinical fellow with the American Associaltion for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She is also a Certified Telehealth Practitioner through the Florida Board. She is passionate about helping couples build trust, intimacy, and deep friendship. Goumah specializes in attachment bonding, trauma resolution, and effective communication between spouses. She is trained in EMDR, Gottman Therapy, Attachment Theory, and TF-CBT. Goumah owns a private practice where she sees couples virtually. She has been married to her best friend, Augustin Conde, for 21 years and together they have 3 precious daughters. Lilliane Farinazo
- Lilliane is a seasoned, compassionate marriage therapist dedicated to guiding you and your partner on a journey towards meaningful connection. Through understanding, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, Lilliane creates a safe, supportive space for you to explore challenges, overcome communication breakdowns, rebuild trust, and navigate life transitions together. Her expertise covers intimacy concerns, trauma recovery, and conflict resolution, ensuring a tailored approach to your unique needs. Together, we'll foster deeper connection, empower you to manage challenges, and build a lasting foundation for a fulfilling future. She is EMDR Certified, trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method for couples counseling. She is married to her best friend, Rodrigo Farinazo, 26 years ago and they have 2 sons.
